Produced in 1981, this signed screenprint belongs to Medley’s mature period, when geometric abstraction and luminous colour became central features of his work.

The composition is organised around a large yellow field containing a circular orange form, balanced by a carefully structured arrangement of black, blue and lavender shapes below. The restrained geometry and deliberate use of colour create a composition in which proportion, rhythm and visual equilibrium become the principal subjects.

Printed in an edition of only 15 impressions, this example is signed, dated and numbered 1/15 by the artist in pencil. The exceptionally small edition makes it an uncommon example of Medley’s graphic work.
